We are seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee resident care at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities include:
Supervising nursing staff and assessing resident needs. Developing and implementing care plans in compliance with physician orders. Documenting services for billing and maintaining accurate records. Conducting daily rounds and managing staffing shortages. Collaborating with the Director of Nursing on staff grievances and quality improvement. Qualifications include a current Florida RN license, 1-3 years of experience (supervisory preferred), CPR certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
