Experienced RN with the ability to practice independently in similar clinical settings.

•  Provides routine and complex patient care, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.

•  Assesses patient needs, administers medications, documents care, and educates patients and families.

•  Demonstrates strong leadership in unit operations, patient flow, and safety protocols.

•  Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, maintains equipment, and promotes quality improvement.

•  Required: RN license, BLS, BSN preferred, 1+ year experience. Flexible PRN schedule.
