RN Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

• Seeking an RN with 6+ months of LTC or geriatric nursing experience.
• Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring residents' health.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in care plan meetings with residents and healthcare teams.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with BLS certification and a valid RN license.
• Experience with EMR/charting is required; Covid vaccination or medical exemption is necessary.
• Contract position, 40 hours per week, with pay ranging from $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.
• Location: Lebanon, PA; relocation required before starting work.
