RN Registered Nurse

•  Manage patient/resident care, ensuring quality and cost-effective therapy outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team.
•  Supervise therapy assistants and aides according to care plans and regulatory guidelines.
•  Report directly to Director of Rehabilitation or facility designee.
•  Requires graduation from an accredited program in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology; foreign trained therapists must meet state standards.
•  Active state license required in assigned discipline.
•  Preferred experience: supervising rehab staff, long-term care, outpatient settings, and regulatory compliance.
