We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care in a 36-bed medical-surgical unit, focusing on patients with respiratory disorders and post-operative care. The role involves independent practice, critical thinking, and effective delegation to manage clinical situations. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient care, addressing complex needs, administering treatments, and educating patients and families. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least one year of relevant experience, and a valid RN license. BLS certification is required.
