Summary: The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-range goals. Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing the nursing process for patient care, including assessment and evaluation.
- Addressing complex psychological and social needs of patients and families.
- Administering medications and monitoring treatment effectiveness.
- Documenting patient care and educating patients and families.
- Planning and evaluating nursing care in a unit during assigned shifts.
- Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, 1 year of experience, RN license, BLS certification, and specific certifications for perinatal care. Full-time position with a 7PM - 7AM schedule.
