RN Registered Nurse I

Responsible for assessing, planning, and providing quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents to geriatrics.
•  Acts as a leader by supervising healthcare team members and may serve as charge nurse.
•  Develops, updates, and implements comprehensive care plans based on assessments.
•  Provides safe, therapeutic care, documents procedures, and evaluates patient responses.
•  Educates patients and families, acting as a role model and preceptor for staff and students.
•  Maintains effective communication, ensures confidentiality, and reports safety concerns.
•  Requires BLS, RN license, and 6 months to 1 year of experience; a BSN is preferred.
