RN Registered Nurse Float PII

Competent Nurse in Medsurg, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care setting. Provides routine and complex care, makes appropriate assignments, and delegates care. Utilizes nursing process, addresses patient needs, administers medications, and provides education. Demonstrates leadership, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and compliance with regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN, 2 years of experience, BLS, ACLS, RN license, and PALS certification. Part-time position, night shift.
