RN Registered Nurse Float III

This RN role involves providing independent, comprehensive care in emergency and clinical settings, utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.

•  Responsibilities include managing complex cases, administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients/caregivers.

•  Requires flexibility in assignments, teamwork, and adherence to safety, quality standards, and regulations.

•  Core competencies encompass patient flow, unit operations, and documentation standards.

•  Qualifications: BSN (preferred), 2+ years ED and specialty experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, de-escalation training.
