RN Registered Nurse Float I

Seeking a competent RN with 2+ years in Medsurg or Telemetry to provide independent, comprehensive patient care following clinical standards.

•  Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

•  Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.

•  Coordinates patient flow, manages unit operations, and ensures safety and quality care.

•  Requires BLS, ACLS, RN license, with PALS (within 30 days for Pediatrics) and de-escalation training.

•  Flexible to work across units, with full-time schedule; experience preferred.
