SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Registered Nurse Clinical Staff Leader will ensure clinical care delivery and optimal patient outcomes, provide clinical patient care, and serve as a role model for professional nursing practice. Responsibilities include assessing staffing needs and recommending corrective actions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
Two years clinical experience
Progressive leadership experience
Current RN license
AHA BLS certification
