Responsibilities:

As the RN Quality Management Coordinator with Community, you'll work alongside a close-knit group of professionals, to improve care for a diverse range of patients with varying acuity levels. You'll be at the forefront of enhancing patient safety and improving clinical outcomes. Your critical role in analyzing clinical data and driving quality initiatives is pivotal. From spearheading performance improvement projects to meticulously tracking facility-specific data and researching best practices for implementation, you'll be empowered to shape the future of patient care.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required
5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Case Management, Discharge Planning, Utilization Review, Infection Control or nursing project development/education required

Licenses & Certifications

RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
