Job Summary
The CQI Coordinator is a registered professional nurse with proven leadership ability, responsible for
developing a facility total CQI program to include; establishing and overseeing a multidisciplinary CQI
team. Possess the ability to develop CQI audit tools consistent with CorrectHealth Policy & Procedures
and established correctional guidelines/ standards. Provides strong analytical, decision-making skills to
support continuous improvement and identifies and resolves key risk issues. Facilitates CQI related
educational activities for healthcare staff. Must have good organizational and strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
Holds and maintains licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment. BSN preferred.
Corrections experience preferred. 3-5 years of administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, data collection and decision-making skills required.
Strong computer skills required, including extensive in Excel and reporting tools.
