Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift (36 hours/week)

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) , you will be vital in delivering world-class patient care with compassion and expertise. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) , ensuring high-quality and compassionate treatment.
Assess, monitor, and document patient progress while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
HC01
Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-hospitalization care.
Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and infection control standards.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Active Alaska RN license (or ability to obtain before start date).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association (upon hire).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire).
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Progressive Care Unit experience preferred).
