RN or LVN

Providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care for children aged 0-20.

•  Monitoring vital signs and ensuring safe, competent care.

•  Following and updating care plans, communicating medication and condition changes.

•  Educating families on medical care and training.

•  Maintaining active licensed status (LVN/LPN/RN) in Texas with CPR certification.

•  Possessing strong interpersonal skills and physical ability to lift 80-90 pounds.

•  Experience with trach, vent, enteral feedings, and home health preferred.

•  Utilizing EMR charting; working onsite in home environments.

•  Offering full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive pay and benefits.
