The 7pm-7am registered nurse supervisor oversees residents and team members in the absence of the DON and Administrator. Candidates must have long-term care experience and strong critical thinking skills. Responsibilities include notifying physicians and the DON/Administrator of important information and effectively communicating rules and policies to team members.
