Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Med Surge- RN at The MIAMI VA Medical Center. Details: Full Time Rotating eight (8), ten (10) and twelve-hour (12) tours on
rotating day, night, and evening shifts, to include weekdays, weekends,
and holidays.
