Graduation from an accredited RN program required.

Must have a current NM or Compact RN license; BLS required within 2 weeks; other certifications within 6 months.

Demonstrates strong communication, respect, and sensitivity to patient rights.

Responsible to the Patient Care Director or Manager.

Works in clean, safe environments; may be exposed to infectious diseases or x-rays.

Physical demands include prolonged standing, patient transfers, and crisis management.
