Are you a Registered Nurses RN with no MDS experience and looking for a change of pace? Join our exceptional team at, conveniently located at 360 Hospital Dr, Warrenton, VA 20186. We are seeking a dedicated RN MDS Coordinator to help us deliver outstanding care to our residents.
Your Role as an RN MDS Coordinator:
The MDS Director has to collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans and conduct assessments to determine resident eligibility for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
What You Need:
Active Registered Nurses license in Virginia or Compact State
Must also have experience in long term care/skilled nursing setting
A commitment to providing compassionate and professional care
