Position Summary: The Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership, fostering collegial relationships and promoting effective nursing care. Responsibilities include managing patient care, human resources, fiscal compliance, and departmental operations. The role requires five years of acute care nursing experience, a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, and preferably a Master's degree and specialty certification.
Essential Functions:
Focus on performance improvement and establish goals aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate unit meetings. Maintain fiscal responsibility and monitor resources based on patient needs. Strive for high patient satisfaction through effective communication and conflict management.
