The Gardens of St. Francis, a faith-based senior living community dedicated to compassionate care, is seeking an RN Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure exceptional resident care. This leadership role involves supervising staff, managing clinical processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily shift oversight and support nursing staff.
Manage and oversee the clinical PCC dashboard.
Conduct weekly wound rounds and oversee admissions/discharges.
Verify orders, notifications, and ensure resident appointment coordination.
Complete IRIS Reports for daily shifts.
Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.

Salary & Schedule:

Shift:
Days: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Hourly position
Weekend Rotation: Works every other weekend (No on-call).
Coverage: May need to cover open shifts and call-offs.
Salary: Up to $41/hr

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Ohio required.
Willing to obtain CDC Infection Prevention (IP) Certification.
Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and organizational skills.
