Job Summary:
We are seeking a RN - Manager to oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and support daily clinical operations. This role involves leadership, staff development, and collaboration with healthcare teams to drive excellence in patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily operations.
•Ensure patient care meets quality and safety standards.
•Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of nursing staff.

•Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) required ; Master s (MSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience , with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or charge nurse role.
