RN/LPN Weekend baylor - 7am - 3pm. (6hr BONUS PAY)

Schedules to consider are as follows

Every - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Every - Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Every - Saturday, Sunday, Monday

(All weekend schedules will be considered per the needs of the center)

About the Center:

Lutheran Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is a member of Ascentria Care Alliance, one of the largest non-profit community service organizations in New England. Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care of assigned individuals according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and procedures
Document patient information and nursing actions performed and patient response to care timely and appropriately
Must be flexible and make care decisions bases on the condition of the patient and prioritizing according to individual need
Carries out responsibilities within the infection control, risk management, safety and disaster programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A current and valid RN/LPN license is required
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws
Must be able to work a rotating schedule that includes (at minimum) every other weekend.
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred.
