The primary role is to deliver efficient resident care using the nursing process under the direction of the Chief Nursing Administrator or Clinical Nurse Manager, adhering to policies and regulations.
Coordinate unit activities and oversee patient care by nursing staff. Evaluate resident care quality and adjust nursing schedules as needed. Perform routine nursing tasks, including medication administration and assessments. Ensure effective communication and documentation of nursing information. Participate in quality assurance and corrective action plans. Act on behalf of management in their absence. Attend training and maintain compliance with policies.
