Seeking a Night RN in Oklahoma City for an Intermediate Care team. Responsible for patient assessments, care planning, interventions, and documentation, with potential to float and participate in on-call. Must supervise staff, ensure safety, and adhere to patient safety goals. Requires Oklahoma RN license or multistate license, BLS certification (or CPR for Hospice), and department-specific competencies. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or CHPN may be needed based on department.
