Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for monitoring critically ill patients, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions continuously, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist with catheter care and specimen collection processing.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management, including health coaching techniques for ongoing wellness.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the unit.

Requirements
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to critical care nursing.
Experience in acute care settings; previous ICU experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with geriatric care principles is advantageous, particularly when caring for senior patients.
Skills in diagnostic evaluation and specimen collection processing are highly desirable.
Ability to provide compassionate home care support when necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively educate patients and families.
A commitment to maintaining a safe environment for patients through adherence to infection control protocols.

Pay: $2,489.00 - $3,200.00 per week
