RN ICU

Overview:

• All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis, CA.
• Direct impact on patient care in a 24-bed ICU with a max RN-patient ratio of 1:2.
• Time and a half pay after 8 hours, plus weekend and night differentials.
• Free Continuing Education and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS).
• Tuition reimbursement and vacation time starts on Day 1.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care to complex patients in the ICU.
• Advocate for patients and families, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RN license in California and BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
