Job Summary
As a House Supervisor at our facility, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring quality patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising activities within the healthcare facility to maintain high standards of care and safety.
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery
Monitor patient conditions and provide guidance on complex patient cases
Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Provide mentorship and training to staff members
Requirements
Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or similar healthcare setting preferred
Proficiency in vital signs monitoring and basic life support techniques
Knowledge of long-term care, critical care, and patient assessment practices
Strong background in patient care, case management, and medical office systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $66.00 - $69.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Schedule:
12 hour shift
Night shift
