Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system seeks an RN, Internal Traveler in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves working 7p-7a with the Float Pool team, providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process.
- Floating to various units as needed.
- Participating in on-call status.
- Supervising and coordinating care with licensed and non-licensed personnel.
- Providing mentorship to non-licensed staff and students.
Requirements include:
- Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or multistate license.
- 3 years of RN experience or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD certification.
- Current BLS certification and additional certifications based on competency.
- Effective communication in English.
- Must work a minimum of 36 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
