RN for Crisis Stabilization Unit

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at Verbal Beginnings is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring effective therapy program implementation. This role collaborates with the Field Coordinator and Regional Director to provide high-quality clinical care in clients' natural environments. Compensation includes guaranteed base salaries with potential to earn up to $116K+ annually, unlimited referral bonuses, and paid BACB Supervision opportunities.
