Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency care, demonstrating the ability to assess, prioritize, and manage patient needs in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon arrival in the emergency room.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including injections and IV therapies.
Perform triage to prioritize patient care based on the severity of conditions.
Utilize medical imaging techniques as necessary for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Provide basic life support and advanced life support as required.
Assist with procedures such as spinal taps and other emergency interventions.
Maintain accurate patient records using ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems for documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of human physiology and emergency medical protocols.
Experience administering injections is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with medical imaging processes is a plus.
Knowledge of infection control practices is essential.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
Experience with triage procedures in an emergency setting is highly desirable.
Proficiency in ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems is beneficial.

Pay: $2,143.00 - $2,600.00 per week
