Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operations of the subacute unit to ensure exceptional care delivery.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture.
Develop, implement, and monitor care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

Active RN license in NYS.
Leadership experience in a subacute or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
