RN - Director of Nursing

Salary: $70,200 - $99,372/year
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

We are seeking a Full-Time RN - Director of Nursing (Assisted Living) to lead our nursing team. The DON will oversee staffing, training, and quality of care for residents, ensuring their health and well-being. Responsibilities include managing personnel, evaluating resident admissions, and preparing the facility budget.

Qualifications:

Current RN license required

2+ years of supervisory experience

Clinical experience in Assisted Living preferred

Knowledge of relevant regulations preferred

Proficiency in electronic medical records
