Registered Nurse - Director of Nursing Requirements & Responsibilities:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's in Nursing preferred
Minimum of 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a post-acute or long-term care setting preferred
Experience in geriatric nursing, gerontology, or dementia care strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and quality improvement initiatives
Proven ability to lead and mentor nursing teams, fostering a respectful and growth-oriented environment
Experience developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and staffing plans
Skilled in identifying areas for improvement and implementing change management strategies
