Position: Director of Nursing, RN
Pay: $77,000 - $81,000/year based on experience

Responsibilities include:

Overall clinical management of the hospice agency

Ensuring high-quality hospice care

Developing staff and improving processes

Financial management and business development

Supervising clinical team and patient care

Compliance with regulations

Recruiting and training employees

Maintaining budget and productivity

Qualifications:

Current RN license

1-3 years of healthcare experience preferred

Management experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Proficient in technology
