RN Coordinator

The CVOR Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse serving as a clinical expert for the CVOR service line, overseeing staff, ensuring quality care, and optimizing systems.

•  Responsibilities include staff performance evaluation, mentoring, managing supplies, equipment, and budgets, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

•  Acts as a liaison among physicians, staff, vendors, and leadership, supporting professional development and fostering a positive, accountable work environment.

•  Requires RN licensure in Georgia, associates degree, 2+ years in multiple specialties, with preferred certifications (CNOR) and BSN/MSN.

•  Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, and ability to operate specialty equipment are essential.
