How you will make an impact:

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an RN Consultant - Traveling to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will provide on-site staffing resources, staff training, and clinical quality assurance/auditing to the care teams in our Assisted Living communities. Some of the key accountabilities of the RN Consultant include being responsible for the provision and monitoring of high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. As an RN Consultant, you are relied upon for providing vital staffing support and training to our nursing care teams in central MN, WI, and Iowa. You also will be traveling to our locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Imagine the smiles on the faces of our residents and staff when you help them achieve their best.

Schedule: This is a Full-Time position with daytime hours, Monday - Friday. This position also requires On-Call Rotation and that you travel 50%-70% of the time.

What you will need:

  • Registered Nurse with current licensure, and a willingness to become licensed in the states of MN, WI, and IA.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, and staff development.
  • Experience with LTC compliance with regulations and federal and state survey licensure surveys
