RN Clinical Supervisor - Hybrid / Remote (Work from home) - Woodinville, WA
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $55-$60/hour + full benefits

RN Clinical Supervisor - Key Responsibilities
As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you'll take on a hybrid role that blends remote care coordination with meaningful in-person mentorship. You'll work from home or the office on administrative duties, while spending 1-2 days per week onsite-supporting RNs and LPNs in our nearby adult family homes and home health settings.
You'll:
Coordinate care, open/discharge cases, and guide transitions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update care plans.
Support the Director of Nursing in ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Supervise, mentor, and coach nursing staff across care environments.
Conduct occasional supervisory home visits and assist with nurse interviews when needed.
What We're Looking For
Required:
Active Washington State or compact RN license
2+ years of clinical experience
At least 1 year of experience with trach/ventilator-dependent patients
1 year of pediatric experience
2 years in a charge nurse, supervisory, or management role
Strong communication and computer skills
Preferred:
Experience in home health or private duty nursing
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
Understanding of state (WAC) and federal healthcare regulations
Experience writing or implementing clinical policies
BSN degree
