• Supervise and support caregivers in home health care, ensuring quality and safety.
• Conduct home visits, assess patient needs, and develop/update care plans.
• Train and evaluate caregivers, perform initial nursing assessments, and monitor documentation.
• Flexible schedule covering Brighton and Boston; mileage reimbursed.
• Pay per visit: HHA $60, PC $50, HM $40; supervision $40.
