RN Clinical Educator Home Health Responsibilities: - Establish standards of care and educational programs for clinical staff
- Ensure compliance throughout agency with all regulatory standards
- Clinical orientation and training of all new hires
- Ongoing staff development
- Provide clinical observation at point of care and chart audits
- Supervise the delivery of HHA services for the agency
Qualifications: - Licensed Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
- Minimum 2 years Home Care.Medicare Certified Home Health Agency experience preferred
- Minimum 4 years Clinical experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Complete knowledge of regulatory standards to ensure quality of care
- Strong communication skills both in-person and remotely
