RN Case Manager

Looking for RN - Care Manager in Glenwood Springs, CO

Job Type: Contract

Number of Weeks: 13 Weeks

Shift: 3-12's or 4-10's YOU CHOOSE. This is a full-time day position with weekend rotation, no call.

Pay Rate: $64/hr

Requirements:

RN State License

BLS through AHA

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $61.73 - $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Schedule:
10 hour shift
12 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:
Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
Glenwood Springs, CO 81601: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
25% (Preferred)
