How you will make an impact:
Emerald Crest of Minnetonka is seeking an RN serving as the Assistant Director of Health Services who will play a crucial role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a senior living facility. By supporting the Director of Health Services, they help oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality care standards. They mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. Their proactive approach to care coordination and problem-solving enhances resident well-being and promotes a positive living environment.

Schedule: Monday- Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM)
Daytime Hours - Can be flexible
No weekends. No holidays.

Position Requirements:
  • Active and Unrestricted MN RN License
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Ability to supervise and delegate to licensed and unlicensed staff
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Familiar with general nursing and geriatric nursing practices
