We are seeking an exceptional, experienced Aesthetic RN to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a lucrative opportunity with excellent benefits, professional growth, and the chance to be a part of Boston's premier aesthetic destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers, with precision and expertise.
- Perform advanced facial aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Educate clients on medical-grade skincare, treatment protocols, and post-procedure care.
- Assist with laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic procedures to enhance client results.
- Ensure exceptional client care and satisfaction, helping to build strong retention and loyalty.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in aesthetic medicine.
- Maintain compliance with medical and safety standards, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active RN license in MA (or ability to obtain).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, and skincare treatments.
Formal training & certification in cosmetic injectables and dermal fillers (preferred).
Experience with laser treatments is a plus, but not required.
Proven ability to achieve client retention goals through exceptional customer service and outstanding treatment results.
Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about aesthetics and continued learning.
Some team leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
