RN Admission/Discharge

Assume primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized patient care for all ages. Utilize delegation and critical thinking skills to provide quality service through a team-oriented approach. Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Manage resources, establish priorities, and modify the environment to meet patient needs. Collaborate with case management and social work. Contribute to a positive patient experience through excellent customer service. Requirements: Graduate of accredited nursing program, minimum 1 year acute care experience, Registered Nurse license in Virginia, BLS-ACLS certification. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of basic computer applications. Position involves physical demands and exposure to hazardous materials.
