Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for providing nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to evidence-based practices and organizational policies. The RN practices autonomously within professional standards and state regulations, delivering age-appropriate care and delegating tasks as needed. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, documenting in electronic systems, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The RN serves as a mentor and resource for peers and students, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and critical thinking skills.

Associate s degree or diploma from an accredited Nursing program Valid RN licensure and AHA BLS certification required ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required based on area Work Details:
