Run spare parts inventory on a weekly basis to identify shortages based on past usage trend of last three months for the US ISC (Invenco Service Center).
Monitor incoming report for products and escalate promptly any that have not been delivered within two business days from date logged in ICR (Invenco Cloud RMA) by the customer.
Assist with documenting and creating procedures for ISO certification for RMA receiving and shipping Process.
Assess shipping and receiving agent's performance.
Communicate performance issues or enhancement request of ICR (Invenco Cloud RMA) system to support team and supervisor.
Implement 5s in work area.
Assist with onsite training of customers and Invenco employee as and when required
Accurately receive and ship products in ICR (Invenco Cloud RMA) system in a timely matter.
Accurately implement swap process in ICR (Invenco Cloud RMA).
Continuously monitor ICR (Invenco Cloud RMA) report to identify product ready for end of line testing and shipment.
Validate repaired product are functioning properly per end of line testing.
Clean and package product for shipment.
Provides leadership through example to others in safe working practices, wellness and environmental management.
Works in a safe manner and supports others to work safely, ensuring that no action or inaction causes harm to yourself or any other person whilst at work.
Complies with all safe work practices and support in the continuous improvement of health and safety, and environmental management initiatives.
Reports all hazards, incidents and near misses.
At all times, use all safety equipment and/or Personal Protective Equipment where provided.
