About the Role : Risk management consisted of property and casualty (P&C) and workers compensation (W/C) program administration, and safety related programs. This role will oversee Conducting risk assessments, collecting, and analyzing documents, statistics, reports, and operational trends. In consultation with Senior Operational and Support Management Teams, establishment of policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations operations and support departments. Review and assessment of risk management policies and protocols; making recommendations and implementing modifications and improvements. Recommendation and implementation of risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, and recovery measures. Drafting and presentation of risk reports and proposals to the Executive and Senior Management teams. Supervision of risk management personnel.

Qualifications : Bachelors Degree preferred. 5+ years experience in Risk Management. A demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a national organizational structure with multi-state operations.
Required Skills :
- Strong understanding of multi-line insurance or risk management policies
- Practices independent judgment in evaluating claim management scenarios
- Knowledge of claim processes and data management systems
- Knowledge of workers' compensation, property and liability claims processes
- Knowledge and understanding of investigation fundamentals of insurance claims
- Some knowledge and experience with workplace safety and health
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
