Professional certifications, such as CRMA, CRM, or FRM. 5. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks. 2. Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and institutions. 3. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
