Our client is seeking a Risk/Compliance PM to join their team. As a Risk/Compliance PM, you will be part of the Governance, Controls, and Financial Technology (GCFT) organization supporting an enhanced governance and controls framework. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Risk/Compliance PM (IT Project Manager V)

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?
  • Analyze control deficiencies and identify enhancements.
  • Refine documentation for complex control deficiencies to drive actionable business impact.
  • Identify control trends in business areas and assess the impact of any identified observations/gaps.
  • Define potential solutions, write requirements for application teams, and support implementation efforts.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders and application teams, maintaining transparency in reporting risk issues.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk processes, controls, policies, and standards.
  • Material experience working on audits/risk issues or with audit teams and regulators.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with policies/standards related to technology applications in the banking industry.
