Right of Way Records Clerk

6+Month Contract This role involves reviewing right of way documents, permits, and construction requirements for construction projects. Responsibilities include obtaining land title information, processing and tracking easement document recordings, and supporting project documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities - Review right of way documents, permits, and construction requirements involved with construction projects
- Obtain land title information from courthouses, title companies, and other sources
- Process and track recording of easement documents with applicable county agency
- Review project completion reports for accuracy and completeness
- Provide database administration and document preparation
- Prepare FERC notification letters and completion packages
- Compile and submit weekly reports
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years of related experience
- Working knowledge of land rights and titles, survey descriptions, and legal and engineering terminology
